Kit Gray, Co-founder and President

Kit Gray is the co-founder and president of PodcastOne and one of the early strategists in developing a monetization standard for the podcast industry. Gray has spent nearly two decades working with talent and developing podcast concepts across all genres, all while creating a top tier team of individuals that are experts in all aspects of podcasting from technology, advertising sales, marketing, talent booking, acquisitions, development, vodcasts, video, social media, emerging concepts and more. Gray has helmed the company to consistent representation in several of the most influential podcast company ranking charts and leads the organization to be one of the most respected and profitable companies within the industry.

Under Gray’s leadership, PodcastOne offers new and exciting concepts in this fast-growing entertainment genre including Pay Per View, slate IP development, live shows, meet and greet experiences, video and more. Gray will be leading PodcastOne in its IPO’s later this month and he and his team are well positioned for success. To date, PodcastOne boasts 3.3billion all time downloads including over 740 million downloads in 2022 alone across more than 300 episodes distributed weekly under Gray’s direction. Born and raised outside of Boston, MA, Gray is a graduate of Rollins College and holds an MBA in Finance from Crummer Graduate School of Business. Prior to co-founding PodcastOne, Gray worked extensively in media sales in some of the biggest demographic areas in the country including New York City, Los Angeles, Boston, and Chicago.

Ryan Carhart , Chief Financial Officer

Ryan Carhart serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Controller, Treasurer and Secretary of PodcastOne, its subsidiaries and its parent LiveOne. Mr. Carhart is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in overseeing operations, corporate strategy and development, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, establishing and overseeing operational excellence initiatives in growing organizations and public company compliance. Prior to his appointment as the Company’s and PodcastOne’s Vice President and Controller, Mr. Carhart served as the Chief Financial Officer at AUDIENCEX, an AI-powered digital ad partner, optimizing programmatic, social, and search campaigns with data-driven strategy and creative solutions, and as the Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Vado Corp (“Vado”), since May, 2019, where he guided AUDIENCEX through its acquisition by Vado, while overseeing operations and corporate strategy and development. Prior to that, Mr. Carhart served as the Senior Director of Finance and Controller at MNTN, a builder of advertising software for brands to drive measurable conversions, revenue, site visits and more through the power of television. Mr. Carhart previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, a global public accounting firm, with a specialization in the technology and communications industries. Mr. Carhart holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MSA/MBA) from Northeastern University, along with a PhD from Claremont Graduate University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Robert Ellin, Executive Chairman

Rob is the founder, CEO, and chairman of LiveOne, Inc., driving the company’s overall strategy and leading both the LiveOne, Slacker, and PodcastOne business units. Rob developed the concept for LiveOne and founded the company in 2015, raising the initial capital and negotiating festival and distribution rights. He led the acquisition of Slacker Radio and took LiveOne public in December 2017. Rob is also the founder and managing director of Trinad Management, a Los Angeles-based hedge fund. A long-time believer – and investor – in transformative digital technology and media, Rob has launched, sold, and taken public dozens of ventures, and overseen investments in gaming companies Majesco and THQ, as well as Jaxx Pacific and many others. Prior to founding LiveOne, Rob was the Chairman of Digital Turbine, where he worked with business partner Peter Guber to successfully take the company public. He also ran, and then sold, Internet media company iWon to Barry Diller’s IAC. Rob began his career in finance, working at Eli Rothschild in institutional sales before moving to Lombard Securities. A New York native, he is a graduate of Pace University.

Eli Dvorkin, Chief Content Officer

Eli Dvorkin has over 10 years experience in the podcasting industry. Formerly VP of Talent and Brand Partnerships at PodcastOne, Dvorkin consistently brought winning talent to the network and developed multiple Apple-ranking and award-winning shows. Prior to becoming a founding member at PodcastOne, Dvorkin worked closely with Norm Pattiz at WestwoodOne. In addition, Dvorkin was named as one of the 2022 Top 40 Under 40 in podcasting by Podcast Magazine.

Jim Lally, Head of Business Development

Jim Lally reports directly to PodcastOne’s President Kit Gray and leverages his industry expertise to expand internal sales and publishing synergies, increase talent revenues and the company’s prominence with both media buyers and content creators. Mr. Lally, an industry veteran, most recently with Libsyn Ads, where he served as Director of Brand Partnerships. His experience spans podcasting, digital media, and advertising, with notable roles at WNYC Studios, Soundrise (PRX's media sales partner), and The New York Times having a direct impact on the sales strategies behind shows like Freakonomics and Radiolab, Ted Talks Daily, This American Life, 99% Invisible and the entire Radiotopia roster of shows. Mr. Lally graduated from Boston College and received his Master’s Degree from Baruch College in New York.

Steve Lehman, Vice Chairman

Steve Lehman focuses on helping PodcastOne drive both organic and inorganic growth opportunities, as well as advising PodcastOne’s senior management on its mergers and acquisitions efforts. Mr. Lehman has extensive experience leading publicly traded companies, and contributing to both boards, and advisory boards, with companies including Vymedic Biotech, Valkyrie Bitcoin ETF, CoFoundersLab, DocuSign, Krach Institute for Tech Deplomacy, Ucode and multiple other start-ups to series A companies. Mr. Lehman was the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of the largest radio network in the US, Premiere Networks, which is now the part of iHeartRadio.

Sue McNamara, Chief Revenue Officer

An accomplished 20 year Sales Executive, as SVP at CBS Radio under Mel Karmazin, McNamara generated a 200%+ increase in revenue to over $100 million annually. At Interep, she led ad sales for The Howard Stern Show among others and drove revenue from $100 million to $500 million for Infinity Broadcasting. Additionally, McNamara was named one of Radio Ink's "Most Influential Women in Radio" six years in a row and listed among the Top 1% of America's Most Honored Professionals.
